Placing an order

When you place an order in the shop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.


Please note that orders can only be accepted from customers over 18 years of age.


Illume & Bloom aims to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days but this may be a little longer at times. If so, I will notify you of any delays. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order is on its way to you.


Payment for orders placed in the shop can be made using any major credit or debit card.


Standard postage and packing within the UK is £3.95 and sent with Royal Mail.


I welcome international orders. Shipping costs vary. Please contact me if shipping is not currently available to your country at checkout and I can arrange it for you.


Please note that I am not responsible for any taxation or import charges incurred on international orders.


I hope you love your order as much as I enjoyed creating it!


However if you wish to return your item(s), please notify me within 7 days of receipt.


Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition. All tamper evident seals must be intact.


Due to their nature, I cannot accept returns and issue refunds on digital downloads, distant healing sessions or attunements, and custom orders.


Unless the goods are faulty, you are responsible for returning them to me at your own expense. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage and return item(s) within 14 days of notifying me of your wish to do so.


You will be refunded for your order once the goods have been received, less the original shipping cost.


If you’ve had a change of heart and wish to cancel or amend your order, please notify me immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our returns policy.

Damaged or lost items

If your goods are damaged or faulty, please notify me as soon as possible.


You are entitled to a full refund or replacement, including the cost incurred by you for returning the item. Please obtain a proof of postage when you do so.


If you have not received your order, please notify me within 10 working days of your dispatch email.


Before you do, please check your order has not been left with a neighbour, left in a designated ‘safe place’ , or held at your local post office or sorting office.


Please note that I am not responsible for refunding or sending out replacements if an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout.
